Not sure about Comcast Stream, but I don't ACCNX is available through it

Yes, you can log in to the ESPN app on your TV and find VT games. You won't see ACCNX as a channel in there persay in there, you just scroll through the games or search and you will find VT or what ever ACCNX game you are looking for. Note that for many of the games on ACCNX they only show in the app sometimes just prior to tip/kickoff.
