I’m not anti vaccine but how do you know the vaccine & booster is what

Helped you recover faster this time? If could’ve been the fact that you already had Covid? Catching COVID earlier could’ve given you a broader range or more effective amount of antibodies than the vaccine & boosters, especially considering the vaccine & boosters were developed pre Omicron. Sp? Plus, the general consensus is, while omicron is more contagious, the symptoms aren’t as serious as the original COVID or Delta variety.
I also had COVID prevaccine, the first week in March of 2021 & fortunately my COVID only came with 3 nights of an off & on fever w/ general body aches whenever the fever spiked but nothing terrible and zero breathing issues & by the 4th morning I woke up feeling fine. I’ve opted to remain unvaccinated since my immune system handled it relatively well the first time.
Not that it matters but I’ve also never had a flue vaccine and I’ve never had the flue that I know about. I’m not afraid of exposing myself to others germs provided I’m getting proper rest, eating well & exercising. I actually think it might be necessary to keep your immune system firing on all cylinders. If people aren’t doing that, they should change their lifestyle if possible & if they can’t they have to question their quality of life.
