The first crisis is that they


dont get to the line. I'm a broken record on this but our inability to take the ball straight to the rim and put the pressure on the refs to blow the whistle is making it HARD for us to close out games.
My advice for Alleyne- keep playing defense- you aren't great but you are the best we got on the wing. Offensively there is no law that you have to be the man, the scorer. Dont let the ball stick. Only take jump shots in rhythm and if you put the ball on the floor your intent should be to get to the line.
Murphy- you will never be a finisher but you still need to draw fouls. You are good at breaking down the defense and kicking back out. But STOP the low percentage shots in the paint....the step backs etc. Put it in right into the defender on the drive , or pump fake and go right into the body- you are making it much too easy on the refs.
