How about


Each team gets four plays (no first downs) from their own 20.

Team that makes the most yardage in four plays wins.

Very unlikely a second tie happens - over quick

Turnover puts ball back at 20 and continue up to four plays.

Involves offense and defense, no kickers.

Second team can't just kneel and kick a FG - but they would have an advantage on how aggressive they had to be. Let visiting team go second - or flip for it.
