Temple is making progress toward that new stadium.

The Board of Trustees approved the money for the architects to design the new stadium. They have about $25 million more to raise, and they have opposition within the neighborhood to overcome. But it looks like they have made progress with city politicians. They will resurface to try to get something in return for the community support before this can get the city permits needed. There will be corruption somewhere along the way. It's Philadelphia.

But it looks like the President and Board of Trustees are on board.
