I would also like to throw my request out for a dedicated Wrestling board here at TSL. As a former wrestler I have always loved the sport but found it frustrating as a Hokie because it was very difficult to follow them other than an update on Hokie Sports. I live in NYC now and cannot attend home matches.
This team now however is the highest ranked varsity team Virgina Tech fields and making all kinds of national commotion. The exposure is growing and I have been thrilled as I was able to watch each of the last 3 matches on a steaming service and I believe 5 in total this season. As we get better that will only increase and I believe completely that they will be our first team national champions in the next few years. I love the football and Bball teams but let's also throw some respect and support behind this powerhouse program being built under Dresser. Go Hokies !!
