His background is pitching, but his handling of pitching in-game


Is and has always been poor. He treats it like the show, way too many pitching changes. At this level guys are not consistent enough to come in and get an out or 2. This is part of reason pen has struggled for 4 years. We do have a fairly deep staff this year.
