She seems great, but...


no head coaching experience and very little coaching experience. Mostly a recruiter. In the ACC, and given the extent of the issues with VT women's basketball, I think we need someone with head coaching experience. Just my opinion, but our history with the men and women with coaches with no head coaching experience (with that gender with respect to women's basketball) has not been good. The ACC is a tough league within which to cut your teeth.
