I would be glad to talk with you for a few minutes so I could discuss your concerns and better understand your issue. I could then help to identify several solutions to help you. Here are a few issues you could have :
* the wrong person in the wrong job
* not an effective sales process
* improper training
* improper qualifying prospects
* not identifying the customer's needs so you provide the wrong solution.

We have a sales process which includes training and developing sales skills to handle objections, I have a business for 20 years involved with working with hiring, training and developing sales forces with small and large sales teams. .
