What's this?

You know, it's an ethical issue...


...but it's not the terrible moral issue that folks are alleging. They're not high school girls anymore, They're 18 and above. He's 25, they're maybe young 20s, right in the swing zone.

The ethical issue is, of course, that it interferes with doing his job as well as he can, he's not fulfilling his contract to his best abilities and it is reasonable that he should get fired for it.
