I am far from a Kobe fan but don't be mad at him for the contract


Lakers signed it. He won 5 Championships for them and is arguably one of the 10 best players in the history of the NBA.

He is certainly easy to dislike, but you still have to respect what he meant for the game of basketball and what he meant to the Lakers. That team fell off once Dr. Bus died.
