Streaming the Caps for Cord Cutters?

Anyone know how to beat the system and stream Caps games? I have Roku w/ access to NBC Sports app, but it is blacked out locally in Richmond because of the game being on CSN Mid-Atlantic. I tried to watch CSN through the Live TV function on Verizon.com but that channel kept saying content will be available shortly, but never actually was available.
