I mentioned Stiffler in a earlier thread. He's really good

and in a similar situation as B. Brown , funding and a average at best conference. Same with Joe Riccuia at Radford, funding. Someone below in another thread mentioned Joe and recruiting and being difficult to work for. You can't be the best friend, ala, Shane Beamer. But he's gotten it done. This year was going to be difficult for him, lost way to much off the NCAA squad.
