We have the numbers from last year. $5 million to SEC, $3 million to B1G.


The B1G is negotiating another contract that starts either in 2017 or 2018. It will be more, and that is what the ACC needs to use the 2017 look in with ESPN to adjust the ACC Contract to as well as get the network started.

Right now the difference is about $5 million with SEC, and Maryland estimated that it costs $3 million more for travel in the Big Ten than the ACC. The difference in conference money is not astronomical.

Where the Big Ten and SEC schools get more money is with ticket sales. But that doesn't always mean much. Texas has the most money. They did not got to a bowl. They got bounced early in the NCAA basketball tournament and baseball tournament.
