Do the NCAA bylaws allow it?

For some reason I thought the current bylaws allow the maker of the uniform/equipment to display their trademark logo. However, the size of the logo is restricted to a certain size. If VT wanted to change the bylaws, then I think it would need to gain enough support from all the DI participating schools since this issue would apply to all DI sports.
