Hope Not. They're the heart of the Big Ten.
Penn State would be the only school in that conference I'd want in the ACC. They regionally fit what the ACC has put together, and the rivalries with Pitt and Syracuse could be restored. They are still an outsider in a midwestern league no matter how hard they are trying to make it work. Rutgers and Maryland make a slight difference, but it's minimal. And now the two of them are out of place.
I cringe at the idea of UVA considering running off to a midwestern league, and it's no better contemplating loading up the ACC with midwestern schools. That league over in the midwest is just fine like it is. I might be able to tolerate one more from Ohio like Cincinnati or Ohio University, but none beyond that.
