That's an accounting gimmick, not reality. We can pretend there are


multiple pots of money, but there's just 1 big pot. The increase in scholarship costs is the marketing message, and yes, it is important, but don't pretend that Hokie Club donation money is in some sort of lockbox that shall only be used for scholarship funding.
