Nice idea, but schools won't go for it


FSU, GT, and Clemson surely won't go for it because it will only give them 6 home games most years. UGA, UF, and USCe are their big rivalry games, and those are home and home games. That leaves one "cupcake" game for them to try to schedule, and they can now forget about playing a Big XII, PAC12, Big 10 or other SEC school in a "Kickoff" game.

All the ACC teams need a 7 game home schedule to make their budgets even if they could get a bigger TV contract.
