Hardly.

UT tried to get everyone in on a B12 network prior to the LHN. The rest said their model of tier 3 revenue generation was better, that being everyone get what you can individually. So UT did just that.

Now the rest are crying for them to give it back. I don't blame UT a bit myself.

They may have to cave, especially if this news about the ACCN is accurate, but if they don't, they will take the hit publicly. IMO, there isn't a school in the country that would willingly give that kind of revenue up.

Boren has set UT up to be the fall guy in this, and a masterful job he did. UT will be guilty in the court of public opinion no matter what really happened.
