If we get ND on board, we could almost get our pick at any other large institution.

Don't forget Texas was close to joining the ACC not long ago. And Penn State has never fit into the B1G and still hold a grudge over how the entire school was drug through the mud by the conference due to a few bad people.

Get ND on board and ESPN will bend over backward for the ACC.
