Of course, other reasons stepped up which I do not need to repeat. Most of us know them. If it had not been for an accident of fate (Duke and UNC not wanting expansion and UVA not voting for it unless VT was admitted (a Virginia political requirement). VT would still not be in the ACC, and would now be a member of the SEC, in my opinion.
