Going back to the PackPride post from the fall

The ACC had a pecking order for schools it wanted; Penn State, TX, Navy. The poster also said ND would commit all-in in 2016. I would love for Navy & ND to be in. Add Texas, OU, WVU to bust up the big 12, then tell Penn State they have a spot open until x days or UConn is #20. I know, yuge $$ is the only way that happens but with those schools and disney tv $, who knows.
