I think it is actually pretty simple.


While he may have had the most talent as a potential shooter, he was not consistent. When his shot was off, he was the worst of the 4 guards at getting to the rim and he was literally the worst distributor on the team. He had one more assist than Kerry Blackshear, fewer assists than Chris Clarke in over 200 more minutes and was absolutely destroyed by the other guards (Wilson had 50 more assists in fewer minutes, Allen had nearly 70 more assists and Robinson had nearly 80 more assists). If you're not shooting and you don't otherwise contribute, you're bound to receive fewer minutes and that's exactly what happened. And that is just talking offense.

He will probably do well at Florida, and I hope he does. Best of luck to him.
