I get it very well. The practices I watched with

my very own eyeballs, the 'third string' was no string because they were given ZERO assignments - never got on the floor. To then throw them in games is not very nice.

Watching film is included in the hours - so I guess the cows are not coming home any time soon :)

Last comment, I'm sure there will be a HUGE difference wrt practices with the new regime. It's the difference between a successful vs an abysmal program
