Buzz has a very specific culture he is developing ... a culture of working hard, all the time. He sees that, before he sees talent. And he makes decisions about playing time based on it.

Another coach -- maybe even Mike White -- might see the talent first, and not be concerned about the lack of consistent work ethic. "I'm playing that guy 30 minutes a game, no matter what, because he's a baller!"

It will be interesting to see how it goes.
