Looks like you didn't put much thought into this. First, UConn would get you the 30th ranked DMA in Hartford. It also gets you Fairfield County which is the affluent southwest portion of CT that is part of the NY DMA. UConn gets high TV ratings in state because they do not compete with any pro franchises. Contrast that to BC who doesn't even deliver the Boston market, from a fan perspective, never mind all of New England. In terms of fan support, they are well behind the red Sox, Celtics, Bruins and Patriots. Cincy is a good program, but their drawback is they are a distant 2nd fiddle in their own state behind OSU. Navy doesn't deliver any specific market, so depending on the distribution model, they may or may not add much value.
