I believe the article about Chew posted today on TKP misses the point
The authors arguments are reasonable and well grounded, but I don't think they have anything to do with Chew leaving. I believe that Buzz is a leader. We wants to develop his assistants so that they can go on to bigger, better things. It makes him a more attractive boss to future assistant coaches.
To those who argue that this is a lateral movement, I propose that in order to become a head coach Chew needs to have experience with more than one coach and system. If successful this will punch Chew's ticket as a future head coach.
I would guess that Buzz is happy for Chew and has had a list of replacement candidates for a year.
