Frankly, I see WVU as one of the least desirable targets in any conference

The SEC, ACC, B1G and P12 are prioritizing academics higher than ever. OK State, Baylor, K State, WVU, TTU, and similar schools will be hampered by that. The P12, SEC and B1G have only acquired highly rated academic schools, and the ACC only reluctantly added Louisville to plug a leak. To me, that says WVU will have problems if the B12 dissolves.
