London apparently did a very good job as Al Groh's defensive coordinator, and recruiting was never the issue at the point, winning was.

I'm sure at some point, high school players tune into the results for a school. Heck, recruits also tuned in to Virginia Tech's offensive woes.

London has been an easy target for Virginia TEch fans. Some of that's fair, some of its not.

But as I said, London brings an ability to Maryland to recruit Virginia. It hasn't paid off yet for the Terps in Virginia, but Maryland's 2017 class is currently ranked #12. UVa's is ranked 45th.
