Houston won't get the votes from the rest, IMO. None of them want another team in Texas, and if they vote no to expansion overall, UT is off the hook for Houston.

I don't think they expand (now). I am beginning to think the B12 has one out, and that is Fox coming in and subsidizing the Sooner Network much like ESPN did with the LHN. What are their options? Let Oklahoma wander off to the SEC, an ESPN property?
