Nobody on the old staff ever said games against Bama, Boise, etc. were notq


important. No VT coach ever said that. Last year immediately after the embarrassing loss to ECU- In the stadium, Beamer was quoted as saying he told his players to treat it like an exhibition game since they still had the ACC to play for. he said that AFTER the game was over and everyone made a huge deal of it.
