Is the ACC willing to pressure us and possibly force us to make a decision. IMO that would back fire bad but it maybe worth the gamble. Would ND look at the Big East even with the draw backs that may come with it?
ND would use every bit of leverage it has(And it has plenty, much to the dismay of many) and again play conferences off of each other. It would be a absolute fight to the bitter end IMO. I don't see CC only passing the committee because of the possibility of lawsuits.So IMO looking at the landscape and knowing ND stubbornness in regards to this they will hunker down and fight.
That's why I see it as a gamble for the ACC to give us an ultimatum .I know people will say ND will be forced because of CC exclusion. That will never pass because of the Big 10 and SEC , the Big 10 doesn't want us in the ACC full time and SEC wants the ability to get 2 teams in.
