Thats a fair assessment. In reality, I seriously doubt that VT is

currently a bigger/better brand than UVA though. Their hoops team is top 10, which carries some weight- especially in the AAU, sneaker deal world. And the two football programs are not that far apart right now for VT to make up the difference, IMHO. I would say UVA's "nike" value and brand is equal or greater than VT's at this very moment.
