Not really sure how anyone.....
from the head coach up to the board of regents could feel very safe at present. The number of occurrences, the years over which this occurred, the previously published information, etc. indicate either not a very high level of intellect and curiosity at best or a desire to look the other way at worst for members of the board of regents. Starr is not the only one that needs to go and lest somebody forget, this is the same school where one basketball team member killed another and the coach turned a blind eye initially. Appears to me to be more of a problem within the university culture as whole as opposed to just individuals.
