at the wall and, other than the window Melisandre conjured for Stannis to attack Winterfell, winter should be back and in full swing south of the wall. I was thinking the same thing two weeks ago. Then again, it should have taken Theon weeks to get from outside Winterfell to Pyke (while avoiding being seen) and at least a week for Littlefinger to take a boat from the Eyrie to Eastwatch-by-the-Bay and another couple of days to ride to Moles Town. Distance means little on the show. Apparently season doesn't mean much either, though I anticipate that this will change. Perhaps Jon Snow and his army approaching Winterfell (if/when that happens) will run into more than just a few snowflakes.
