Welcome TerryD

one of the things which makes this board my favorite board is you get a chance to discuss topics with fans from other schools.

Let me also state, I am not a hater. Some of my best friends are notre dame fans. One of my favorite non vt related game was seeing notre dame vs navy in Baltimore a few years ago. I have even been to a bowl game they played in. I also am really looking forward to the Virginia tech game. My friend has told me he will be able to get me tickets. This is one game I will not miss.

That said I would love to see notre dame be in the acc. I know it is for selfish reasons. I want to see us play them.

Notre dame will always be notre dame. A national university whose alumni are from the all over the country. It is a unique school and will be so regardless of having your last team play two more acc games. The national nature of the university and its fans is what makes it special As long as it has flexibility to still play that national schedule.

This is from the outside looking in.
