Not a knock on U of H..if history repeats itself..

It was not too long after Houston joined the Southwest Conference that it disintegrated. The only parts missing (in Tejas) are Rice and SMU. Rice has an aging 70,000 seat stadium on campus in which an NFL Superbowl was played. Now both Houston and SMU have new on campus stadiums.
