The answer is depending on the level of infrastructure and sophistication that is already in place at the school. On balance, a school can expect to spend from about $1 million to as much as $10 million depending on what they already have in place.

I know that for the Pac 12 network we routinely would send our mobile control room truck to Tucson or Tempe to help with their production at Arizona or Arizona State.
