Schools drop down and move up all the time...


Idaho might be a harbinger, but it will take more than a tiny school from a tiny state to show a trend. Half of Idaho's tiny athletic budget comes from student fees and state money, so they were always a candidate to drop out. When bigger schools like ODU and UNCC from the populous east coast enter the field that tells me the field is still growing.
