Rankings aren't worth the paper they're printed on

I don't know how TSN calculates their numbers, but one thing I've learned is that college football rankings are a crap shoot at best. Way too many kids across the country to do accurate rankings. I've also seen numerous instances of rankings rising or dropping depending on who's offering. I know our recruiting isn't great, based off who else is offering, but we got back to a bowl last year at 6-6 and look to have a better year this year. So I don't care if our ranking is 1 (as opposed to the 123.67 noted), as long as the team performs.
I think you chose 2 irrelevant items to use for making expansion decisions. Who cares if the ranking stinks as long as the onfield product is good. And unless you're doing revenue sharing based on gate receipts, why do you care about stadium size? Let's be honest, CR is all about the Benjamins. Who brings the most with an ACCN and who brings the most without, then go from there.
