Look at the contact before the Lebron stepover. There was pushing and shoving by Green into Lebron in a screen situation. Should have been a foul call. That would have nipped everything in the bud before the incident even happened. They are letting too much go (and then call something stupid). There were several hits on layups and other situations that need to be called or the officials communicate what people can get away with...which leads to issues.
