The ACC teams in the lower half (9th through 15th) need to improve.

That's where the ACC takes a hit in the ACC-B1G challenge each year lately. The best teams from the ACC dominate the best teams from the B1G, but the ACC suffers at the bottom of the order even though the ACC gets to leave its worst team out due to the B1G only having 14 members vs 15 members.
