They met a little over a week after the ACC meetings which suggests the finances of the ACC items are pretty much worked out. You don't cut a deal like that without knowing your budget.

I don't think it impacts the ACCN as much as it says that they know what they are going to do in that regard. They just acquired the content to fill in the blanks
