Something like this

ATLANTIC/ COASTAL
BC + Coastal cross rival = Louisville
FSU = Miami
Ga Tech = Clemson
UVA = VA Tech
UNC = NC State
Syracuse = Pitt
Duke = Wake

Most rivalries are maintained. All the Land-grants are in the same division.

UNC keeps UVA, Duke, and NCSU
NC State keeps UNC and Clemson
Clemson keeps NCSU and GA Tech
FSU keeps Miami and adds nearby GA Tech
VA Tech keeps Miami and UVA
UVA keeps VA Tech and UNC
Miami keeps FSU and VA Tech
Pitt and Syracuse maintain rivalry
Wake keeps Duke
Duke keeps UNC and Wake
BC and Louisville are paired up instead of us and BC.
GA Tech keeps Clemson and adds FSU.

Some of the North Carolina rivalries will have to go like Wake and NC State and Duke and NC State.

Lack of an annual FSU-Clemson rivalry would be biggest downside of this. Both would probably meet each other in championship game more than regular season.
