Interesting about Wake-Clemson. I wasn't aware of that. But, I somewhat

agree about Old ACC vs. New ACC. But I would do it pre-FSU expansion. NC schools, GT, Clemson, UVa in the Old. With FSU in the New.

The only games that would be crossover rivals are VT-UVa, FSU-Clemson. GT-VT would be gone though

In such a scenario, while I think it would be better for the ACC, VT would be the big loser (loss of all Carolina schools and GT)--although picking up FSU every year might be a nice consolation.

A big question relating to this topic is should all the Carolina schools play one another every year? UNC-NCState, UNC-Duke should absolutely be protected. I'm not 100% certain of the rest. Especially when you also take into account that NCState-Clemson, and UNC-UVa still must be played as well.
