You did not provide ANY justification for your statement... so I will assume what you mean is the ACC does not have any USC - UCLA, Michigan - Ohio State level historic rivalries. But even that is wrong.

If we want to split hairs, the hierarchy of rivalries should go like this:

National Interest Rivalries (MUST, must have)
Miami - FSU

State Rivalries (must have)
VT - Virginia
UNC - NCSU

Historical Rivalries (must have)
UNC - Virginia

Important Rivalries, with some national interest: (not MUST have, but close...)
Clemson - FSU
VT - Miami

Nice to Have Rivalries:
VT - GT
Clemson - GT
Clemson - NCSU
UNC - Duke
Wake - Duke
Wake - NCSU
Wake - UNC
Duke - NCSU
Cuse - BC
Cuse - Pitt

Rivalries Lost (but nice to bring back)
FSU - GT
Clemson - Virginia (white meat!)
Miami - BC

Not Rivalries, but Games the ACC Should Play More Often:
FSU - VT
Clemson - VT
NCSU - VT
Clemson - Miami

I'm sure I missed plenty... but your anti-ACC post is just silly.
