Durham expects no big news at ACC July meetings.....

They both praise Jim Delany and say expansion more likely in 5-6 years when the Big 10's 6 year TV contract gets renewed, the same time the Big 12 renews its TV deal. Neither sound like much will happen expansion-wise until 2021-22.
