I'm just replying to the "endangering others" comment about going 100 mph down the highway.

They had a controlled/illegal substance on them. I was pointing out to kingofcassel that they could have been an endangerment to others later in the night.

Obviously, you cannot arrest someone for what they MIGHT do. I understand that...but having drugs and/or alcohol in your system can endanger others.
