All I'm saying is that I don't think UVa had better running backs than VT did over the last 30 years, especially by a 10:1 factor. After all, look at the overall won/loss records of the two teams and how we've dominated them head-to-head.

So why did their RBs have so much more success in the NFL than VTs?

Or to my original question, why don't VT RBs find success in the NFL?
I don't know the answer but I think it goes beyond injuries, imho.
