Due to our recruiting problems over the last five years of the Frank era, everything was not seashells, cotton
candy, rainbows and fluffy puppies.

We were getting our teeth kicked in then. Anyone who honestly thought that Fuente was going to come in with guns blazing and slam the door on the big boys that are poaching
Virginia right out from under our noses in only a few months were living in La La Land.

We lost our Mojo a long time ago and it's going to take a while to get it back.....if we ever do.

Patience is the name of the game.
